Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Lisa Eschenbach for the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary (OCNMS). Purpose of proposed contract is to provide education and outreach services for the OCNMS for FY-01, with an option year period of 10/1/01 -- 9/30/02. Proposed contractor performed services for FY-00 and is familiar with the scope of work, protocols, database, and all particulars of proposed contract.
