The Questions and Answers from the Pre-Proposal Conference are posted. Due to difficulty in uploading large documents to EPS, Technical Exhibit 5 and a DD 254 scanned at a higher resolution will be available via email. Please contact Captain John Leif at john.leif@eielson.af.mil or Senior Airman Dave Bales at david.bales@eielson.af.mil if you would like to receive these documents. The amended PWS will be posted soon as Amendment 2. This will incorporate the changes discussed at the Pre-Proposal Conference. The purpose of this acquisition is to award a competitive contract for the Pacific Alaskan Range Complex (PARC) to provide operation, maintenance and development support of combat training systems, and facilities. This requirement consists of, but is not limited to: program management, range control, target management, environmental management, physical security, logistics, services, transportation, civil engineering and engineering
