Description

DESC Technical support for Energy Star application to non-homes real estate (commercial buildings and industrial facilities.) The assessment of energy performance is required to both apply the Energy Star label appropriately and to facilitate the process of improving energy performance for the entire non-homes/non consumer market. There will be four (4) tasks: 1)Measurement and Verification Algorithms;2)Benchmarking;3)Statistical Analysis; and 4)Engineering Analysis. It is the Government's intent to award one cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort contract. The NAICS is 541990. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to identify qualified 8(a) and Small Business firms and direct interested parties to the EPA's "doing business with EPA" Internet World Wide Web site at http://www.epa.gov/oam for the draft Statement of Work.
