Description

Request for standing quotations. Quotes are requested only for the item(s) listed on the item schedule and as described in accompanying Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD). Acceptance by the government of a quotation will result in establishment of a standing quote agreement subject to the clauses, provisions, and other terms and conditions contained in the request. The government intends to use the agreement to fulfill individual purchase orders on a direct delivery basis as items are requisitioned for ordering agencies or for depot stock replenishment. The effective period for any resulting agreement shall not exceed 12 months following date of award. Either party upon written notice may cancel the agreement. The estimated number of orders and estimated quantities listed on the item schedule are based on historical data and are provided for information only. There are no guarantees as to the number of orders to be placed nor quantities to be purchased under any resulting standing quote agreement. Award will be made on a line item basis. Award will be based on best value to the government considering price and delivery. The government requires delivery within 30 calendar days after receipt of each order. A shorter delivery time may be offered. If a shorter delivery time is accepted, the government will require delivery within that shorter time. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered. The request for quotation is being issued only electronically. Hard copies are not available. Interested parties may download the request from the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
