Description

This procurement will utilize simplified acquisition procedures for Item: Shell Assembly Large HGU-55/P and all outer components and NSN: 8475-01-142-3687. This is a Qualified Product List item. This item should be in accordance with QPL-87174-2 design control reference 81D5331-2 Rev D (Large) . Source approval may be obtained by contacting Brooks AFB, Lee Huyen (215)536-5127. Indefinite quantity, Firmed- Fixed-Price contract procedures will be used with a minimum quantity of 300 and the maximum of 375 for the base year each. One (1) year mandatory 100% term option will be included, with a min quantity of 150 and max quantity of 200 each. First Article Testing is required (25 end items). Delivery will be 210 days after date of award. Number of deliveries six (6). FOB Destination to DD New Cumberland and DD San Joaquin. Inspection and Acceptance at origin. Government reserves the right to award on a basis other than price alone. An offeror's past performance/experience will be considered by the agency. All materials are contractor furnished. Number note (s) 9, 23 and 26.
