Description

Furnish all material, labor, tools, equipment, & supervision to complete Project 508-00-004C Renovate Women's Wellness Phase III located on the first floor of the main tower section, VA Medical Ctr, 1670 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA. Work shall include demolition, general construction, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. All work shall be performed pursuant to all local, state, and federal regulations, as per the contract drawings and specifications. Work shall comply with the specs & drawings specified in SOL IFB 508-24-01 and shall be completed within 90 day of NTP. ALL REQUESTS FOR BID PACKAGES MUST BE IN WRITING. NO FAX OR TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Est. construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. Est. issue dtd o/a 1-25-01. BOD: 10:am (EST) on 2-28-01. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO 100% HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. See Note 27.
