Description

The Postal Service will be soliciting proposals to construct and lease back a new building in SPRING HILL KS 66083-9998 during the period from January 24 through February 26, 2001. The project includes, but is not limited to, labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct a 5,075 net square foot facility on a site which contains 89,424 square feet. The Postal Service holds an Assignable Option to Purchase the site for $139,136.00. The successful offeror will be required to purchase the optioned site, and construct a building to Postal Service standards. Award will be made to that responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Postal Service, price and other factors considered.
