Description

The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is interested in procuring an IDIQ requirements type contract for Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Service at Berlin Lake, Berlin Center, Ohio. Services include grass mowing, maintenance of landscaped areas, janitorial services, and solid waste removal. The effective period of the contract will be from 1 April 2001 or date of award, whichever us later, through 31 March 2002, with four (4) one-year option periods. Requests for specifications must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at the above address or fax to (412) 644-5109. Release of the solicitation is anticipated for 8 February 2001. Receipt of proposals will be 30 days from the date of issuance of solicitation. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business.
