THIS IS A NOTICE -- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITAION The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the International Health Medical Education Consortium, University of Colorado Mercy, Franciscan Family Medicine Residency Program, 2446 Kipling Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45239-6695. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the purchase of the proceedings, papers from each of the plenary sessions, abstract of medical student poster presentations, and approximately 20 model examples of successful partnerships from the "International Health Medical Education Consortium (IHMEC) Tenth Annual Conference, International Partnerships: Who Gains?" The period of performance for this project is 6 months. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The award shall be made using simplified acquisition procedures.
