Description

The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), Medical Director 's, Draft Solicitation, SP0200-01-R-3000, for the Corporate Exigency Contracts (CECs) for Antibiotics is available. Copies of this draft solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFPs. If you are not, you will be directed to get registered at time of download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. The attachments listed in the draft solicitation are available at the following web address: http://www.dscp.dla.mil/dmmonline/attachments. The closing date provided on the Gateway homepage of February 5, 2001 is the last date in which the Government will receive comments resulting from the Pre-Solicitation Conference and request for One on One Industry Day with potential offerors . The Pre Solicitation conference is scheduled for January 25, 2001 at 9:00 A.M. at the Philadelphia Airport Hilton, Ballroom A. The Hilton's telephone number is (215) 365-4150. Attachment (1) to the draft solicitation will provide a complete list of antibiotics DSCP is interested in receiving coverage on at some point in time. This list will be broken into subsets and may be solicited at different phases, which may occur under various solicitations. The first subset should be available at the Pre-Solicitation Conference. Please bring a copy of the draft solicitation and attachments to the conference. Due to the size of the draft solicitation package, only limited copies will be available.
