Approved sources are Raytheon (82577) P/N 3904825-4 or P/N 259173-1; Raytheon (K5533) P/N 259173-1 or P/N 3904825-4; Rodelco Electronics (59926) P/N 259173-1 IAW Raytheon (82577) Dwg 259173, Basic dtd 16 May 77, Amd #B dtd 9 Nov 89, Type 259173-1. This solicitation is in anticipation of a long term indefinite quantity contract for a period of one year with options for two additional years. The estimated annual quantities required are 88 each for the first year; 88 each for the second, and 88 each for the third year. Incremental quantities from 1 -- 199 each; 200 -- 349 each; and 350 -- 500 each are required to be priced. Failure to price each increment may result in rejection of the offer. This is an unrestricted procurement. FOB will be destination, with inspection and acceptance at origin (manufacturer's plant). Direct ship and stock ship destinations will be as indicated on the individual delivery orders issued against the basic contract. After the first delivery, order, delivery is to be 30 days for direct ship and stock ship orders which will be faxed. Alternate offerors must provide technical data of both their alternate item and the approved item. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available.
