Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Condor Systems of San Jose, CA. The contractor will be responsible for providing materials and services to conduct training courses, update the CMES Antenna Technical Manual and provide system support. Anticipated period of performance is FY-01 through FY-03. This effort is in support of the MEWSS-PIP operational testing (IOT&E Phase II). Condor Systems is the OEM developer for the CMES. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement, to include descriptive literature, within 15 days of this announcement to the contact person listed above. See Note 22.
