Description

Invitation for Bids Notice for Indefinite Quantity Term Construction Contract for the Counties of Sedgwick and Shawnee in the State of Kansas. PCN RKS20780. Invitation for Bids will issue on or about February 14, 2001 with an approximate bid opening date of March 21, 2001. The term of this contract will be one year, with two one-year options. Estimated base period maximum value of this contract is in the price range of $250,000. -- $500,000. Guaranteed minimum will be $500. The work to be performed under this contract will be miscellaneous repair and alteration work on Government owned and operated buildings and will be ordered by individual delivery orders. The contractor receiving award of this contract will be responsible for providing all necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, material, equipment, etc. as called out in the individual delivery orders.
