Description

The work includes providing all labor and materials, equipment, to replace an existing 80 ton chiller at Bldg 550, NAS Atlanta, complete and ready for use. This project includes but is not limited to draining and cleaning of chilled water lines from the chiller to evaporator coil. The existing unit voltage is 230 Volt 60 Hertz 3 Phase. Completion time will be 30 calendard days. Construction range is $25,000 -- $100,000. RFQ will be available as of 19 January 2001. Solicitation can be obtained electronically by going to www.esol.navfac.navy.mil and downloading. Contractors must have Adobe Acrobate Reader to download the solicitation. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 23511, and the small business size standard is $11.5 million. After award, the contractor will be required to provide a payment bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract value.
