The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract to provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove and replace the HVAC system at the National Fisheries Research Center, Leetown, West Virginia. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 23511. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
