Description

Construction of one (1) baler building and related appurtenances for the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, Shannon County, South Dakota. This will be a fixed-price contract. Duration of the contract will be one-hundred and fifty (150) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. IFB 241-01-BI-3476 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation packages. Project Magnitude is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian-Owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
