Description

Firm-fixed price, requirements-type contract for family housing maintenance at various military installations, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Work includes change-of-occupancy maintenance (which includes housing maintenance, painting, quarters cleaning, grounds maintenance, supplemental housing maintenance, and other special trades work such as bathtub refinishing, environmental work and concrete repairs), recurring maintenance (which includes annual cyclic maintenance, roof cleaning, street sweeping, laundry duct cleaning, and water distribution system), service calls for minor building maintenance/repair, and other work not covered above that is within the scope of the contract. Period of Performance is 10/1/2001 through 9/30/2002 with 2 prepriced option periods. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $20 million. NAICS 561210, Base Maintenance. Issue date is on or about 02/05/01. Telephone requests will not be honored. Solicitation charge is $3.00 each CD ROM. Payment by check or money order shall be made payable to DFAS, HONOLULU, OPLOC.
