Description

The contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials necessary for grounds maintenance at the Bureau of the Census in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Services shall include mowing, landscaping preparation and maintenance, pruning, liming, mulching, fertilizing, weed control, tree trimming, edging, watering, raking, pest control, turf renovation, placement of top soil, seeding, sod placement, excavation and other related grounds maintenance services. The contract will cover a base period of approximately April 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001 with (4) one year options. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 561730. The size standard is $5 million. All small businesses may submit a bid. Requests for copies of the solicitation may be submitted by fax or mail.
