R-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Ocean Services (NOS), Navigation Services Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Lucien J. Larvadain, Glen Burnie, MD to provide services for processing Coast Pilot compilation information. This information must be written properly and disseminated to the public in a accurate and timely manner via the Coast Guard's Local Notice to Mariners or the National Imagery and Mapping Agency's Weekly Notices to Mariners. Research is needed from time to time to ensure accuracy of written information., this is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation documents exist.
