Description

The VA Medical Center, Denver, Colorado, is seeking qualified and interested A/E firms to furnish all necessary professional services required to produce a complete set of bid documents for project Correct Fire and Safety Deficiencies at the VA Medical Center, 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, Colorado. A/E services shall include, but not be limited to, investigative survey, construction cost estimates, construction documents, and construction period services. The project scope includes labeling of electrical panels, correcting ventilation duct deficiencies, upgrading fire alarm system, upgrading door/wall systems to rated enclosures, upgrading elevator controls, revising sprinkler system branches, and miscellaneous items. Area of consideration is limited to a 125 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Denver, Colorado. All interested and qualified firms within this geographic region are invited to submit SF 254 and 255 to Jan Bertapelle-Anderson (90C) VA Medical Center, 1055 Clermont St., Denver, C0 80220, by 4:30 pm Mountain Time February 16, 2001.
