Description

The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of equipment to be installed in a Pilot Production Facility in Turkey. This procurement is a small business set aside. Vendors must contact the Contracting Officer, Ruth Porter, at telefax number 202-776-8775 and request a copy of the specifications for the equipment. The Pilot Production Facility will be used in producing research samples of pure codeine and other assorted narcotic substances. This is an amendment to CBD Notices #508945 and 50A7E6, dated December 14,2000 and January 11, 2001, respectively. This amendment is necessary to alert prospective contractors that the American Embassy, Turkey has furnished additional technical information to be included in the specifications for the project. This additional technical information was furnished in response to various questions already received from some prospective vendors. The closing date for offers on this project is 4:30 P.M., E.S.T. on February 8, 2001. Vendors must fax their offers to the telefax number noted above. Any new and additional vendor questions must be submitted to the same telefax number. All responsible offers will be considered by the Bureau*****
