Description

Services in support of NAVSEA Indian Head Division (NAVSEA/IHDIV) Public Affairs Office (PAO). First hand knowledge of NAVSEA/IHDIV's core mission responsibilities, its tri-service energetics role within DoD, its position with respect to Congressional and private entities, and the role it plays in supprot of the DoD is required to effectively provide the level of support being sought. Support will entail interface with high ranking dignitaries (military, congressional, and private sector). Expertise in security, environmental, and safety aspects about the energetics programs at NAVSEA/ IHDIV is required to insure NAVSEA/IHDIV's image is presented in the most prestigious manner. Support in production of NAVSEA/IHDIV's periodical publications is a part of the required work therefore the ability to edit publications to insure they reflect the Command perspective is critical. Contract action will be other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c )(1).
