Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District is conducting a market survey to identify sources and increase competition acquisition opportunities for qualified small business contractors for a Waste Water Collection System, Ft. Pickett, VA. The project provides for the replacement/repair of the existing wastewater collection system at Fort Pickett, VA. It consists of approximately 189,250 LF of gravity flow sewer, ranging in diameter from 4 inch to 30 inches, including laterals. The dollar range of this project is estimated between $7,000,000 and $8,000,000. This request is only to establish a bidder's list. It is for INFORMATION ONLY and is NOT a Request For Proposal or announcement of a solicitation. MUST BE CONSIDERED A SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS CODE 23410 (AVERAGE ANNUAL RECEIPTS LESS THAN $27.5M LAST THREE FISCAL YEARS) MUST BE BONDABLE UP TO $8,000,000 RANGE ON A SINGLE PROJECT. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SEWER/WASTE WATER COLLECTION SYSTEMS.
