Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Refinishing the maple strip flooring in the Gymnasium, replacement of the ceramic tile and gutters within the Swimming Pool, replacement of the Swimming Pool Water Treatment system. The end result of this project will be a complete and usable facility. Magnitude is between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00. Performance period is 150 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 29 JAN 01 with a closing date of 28 FEB 01. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specifications and drawings will be available on a first come first serve basis. Specifications and drawings will be on a CD-ROM. Packages will be sent upon written request. Requests shall include: mailing address, phone number, fax number, and size of business. Any Amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the EPS and will be the offeror's responsibility to attain the information. This project is open to both Large and Small businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
