Description

Program C681-S. Single award term contracts for June 1, 2001 to May 31, 2002. Dept. of Interior, CD-ROM. Approximately 50 to 100 orders per year. Approximately 100 to 3,000 replications per order. An average of 450 replications per order. Front insert: 120.5 mm x 119.5 mm; Bottom Inlay: 150 mm (includes 6 mm folds on each side for the spines) x 117.5 mm. Operations includes verification of the format of Government-furnished premastered magnetic tapes or compact discs; replication of CD-ROM's, testing of replicates; electronic prepress, printing of disc labels, jewel box inserts, and inlay cards; and final assembly, packing, and distribution. F.o.b. destination to one to three addresses in Washington DC area; one to two addresses in the Denver, CO area; one address in Flagstaff, AZ and one address in Pasadenca, CA. Quality level III.
