Description

Contractor will fill and dispense original prescriptions that are written by VA physicians assigned to Veteran Affairs Community Based Clinics (CBOC) that are with the VAAAHS, Ann Arbor, Michigan primary services area. The total number of prescriptions per year is estimated to be 832. The contract shall be for a base year with two option periods. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 446110 Pharmacies and Drug Stores applies to this procurement. Projected issue date is 01/30/2001 with a projected response date of 02/22/2001. Requests for solicitation documents must be made in writing and cite solicitation number 506-09-01.
