Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to acquire contractor support for the operation and administration of the DISANet. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns under NAICS Code 541153, Computer Facilities Management Services, size standard $18M. Participant eligibility may be limited to firms either in the developmental or transitional stages of the 8(a) program. An IDIQ type contract arrangement, with provision for all contract type task orders is anticipated. A 7-year contract period is anticipated, commencing on/before 1 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 08 including options. Support includes installation, implementation, and administration of all DISANet components; configuration management; performance evaluation; product assessment; information and Help Desk support; acquisition of hardware and software; integration and analytic products; installation support and testing of individual user PCs attached to the DISANet, network cable plant and file server subsystems; training; and implementation of applicable security programs and procedures. The contractor must be registered in DoD's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system located at the following URL: http://ccr2000.com.
