Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Software Maintenance, documentation, and enhancements for Isite Z39.50 indexer and server package and the companion Geospatial Metadata Profile (GEO) support required for continued operation of the National Geospatial Data Clearinghouse (NGDC). THE USGS ANTICIPATES AWARDING THE PURCHASE ORDER TO A/WWW Enterprises, this company developed the software suite for implementation and maintenance of the NGDC. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; no formal RFQ will be available. Vendors who hold a software license and can provide Isite software package enhancements and version control management for this software suite are invited to provide an affirmative response to this notice. An affirmative response must include, but not limited to offered products, price lists, warranties and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this requirement. All responses must be in writing, no telephone requests will be accepted.
