- Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is seeking vendor information to identify potential sources presently doing business as a Small Business under North American Industry Classification System code 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, and meet the established small business threshold designated by NAICS 541620 group size standard of revenue equal to or less than $5,000,000.00. The total value that may be paid under this contract is estimated at $10,000,000.00 for a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a period of 5 years with a guaranteed minimum of $200,000.00. Estimated yearly capacity could exceed $1,000,000.00 per calendar year. Verification must be provided in a statement or letter that the vendor is capable of meeting the potential yearly capacity. Interested sources responding shall provide Environmental Consulting Services to the Nashville District and all other Lakes Region Districts and Military Bases within districts. Work under the contract may occur during any investigative or design phase of the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) or Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) processes including: (1) Preliminary Assessments/Site Investigations, (2) Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies, (3) Remedial Designs, (4) RCRA Facility Assessments, (5) Facility Investigations/Corrective Measures Studies, (6) Corrective Measures Designs, (7) Etc. Performance of the work will require the following disciplines: (1) Professional Civil Engineers, (2) Chemical Engineers, (3) Environmental Engineers, (4) Geotechnical Engineers, (5) Environmental Chemists, (6) Certified Industrial Hygenists, (7) Geologists/Hydrologists, and (9) Toxicologists/Risk Assessors. Submission of Standard Forms (SF) 254 or 255 will not be accepted at this time. Firms responding to this request for sources must write a letter to the attention of Beryl C. Newsome at Department of the Army, Nashville District, Corps of Engineers, CELRN-CT, P. O. Box 1070, Nashville, TN 37202-1070 or respond via e-mail to Beryl.C. Newsome@usace.army.mil documenting in detail the sources knowledge, capability, and relevant experience to provide services which meet projected yearly requirements requested at this time. Any resultant acquisition will be subject to the Brooks Architect-Engineers Act. Interested sources must verify in writing their annual gross receipts. This is not a request for proposals, and there is no solicitation document or package or plans and specifications to be issued as a result of this announcement. Inquiring sources must have Internet access for browsing and receipt of electronic documents via Email. Inquiries concerning this project should be submitted within 15 calendar days of this notice including mention of location and solicitation number.
