- ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SERVICES -- UNDER $100,000 Firms with individual A-E disciplines and multi-disciplinary A-E firms located in southern Oregon from Eugene on the north to the California border on the south are requested to submit a completed SF-254, to be considered for individual purchase orders for BLM District offices in southern Oregon, as described in the following. Interested firms should submit SF-254's to: Jeff Johns, Zone Engineer Bureau of Land Management Medford District 3040 Biddle Road Medford, Oregon 97504 Project sites are generally on BLM lands and at BLM facilities throughout southern Oregon. BLM District and Resource Area offices are located in Medford, Lakeview, Klamath Falls, Roseburg, and Coos Bay. Architect-Engineer services will be required for design of construction, maintenance and/or rehabilitation of facilities on lands in Southern Oregon. These facilities typically consist of buildings; utilities including electrical systems, water and sewage systems, communications and security systems, plumbing systems, and HVAC systems; roads and trails; bridges; dams, dikes, canals, pumps and water control structures; raceways and holding ponds; fishways; fish ladders, fish screens and spawning channels; docks, piers and bulkheads; fences and gates; visitor facilities; and wildlife habitat. Work may include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, environmental, geotechnical, asbestos abatement, surveying, and landscaping capabilities plus related support. Individual purchase orders will range from $2,500 to $100,000. A-E's will be evaluated for each project based on information contained in the SF-254's on file with the BLM, and other information as appropriate for the individual task (FAR 36.602-1 and 36.602-5). Evaluations will be made based on expertise for specific task, past performance, and proximity to the project site and local BLM office.
