Description

The Defense Intelligence Agency is seeking responses from Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MIs) to provide a detailed study of Human Rights Compliance Records from 1990-Present from certain countries worldwide. Extensive technical knowledge of related databases, World Wide Web capabilities as well as expeditious research provided in phases are required. The project is intended to provide comprehensive searches of regional information sources -- government and business. This effort will be awarded as a total setaside for an HBCU/MIs. These institutions are encouraged to request the solicitation document for submission of request for quotations (RFQ). Interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to respond.
