Reference Program Deliverables -- the following change is made: ". . . (c) Data processing results for all supported modes sufficient to enable independent government assessment of system performance results obtained during the Phase 1A period are due eight (8) months after contract award, and data obtained during the Phase 1B period are due 23 months after contract award." Data for Phase 1B was 17 months, it is now 23 months.
