Description

The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center at White Sands Missile Range, NM intends to solicit for non-personal services to perform research, development, and engineering support for the Army's Information Operations Vulnerability/survivability Assessment (IOVSA) program. These services are required by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL), Survivability/Lethality Analysis Directorate (SLAD). The proposed contract will be a Historically Black College and University and Minority Institution (HBCU/MI) set aside, cost reimbursement, no fee type contract. The period of performance is for a five-year basic contract. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 8733 and the standard size is $5.0M.
