Description

65 -- The VA Medical Center, 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, Colorado 80220 is wanting to process a five (5) year contract for open hearts kits, custom tubing pack for Extracorporeal Circulation. The tubing pack must contain one Delta left Ventricular one-way valve, a pre-bypass filter, an oxygen filter, Heparin-coaged arterial filter and two one-way purge lines (need one each). Avecor SE-Myotherm 41 -- Set Cardioplegia Blood 4:1. Cobe CDX Transducer Kit, model #041506503 (need two each). Code CML Excel Membrane Oxygenator, Model #050212000 (need one each). Pall 0.2 Micron Cardioplegia filter, model #CPS-2 (need one each). Issue date will be on or about January 26, 2001. All request for solicitations must be in writing.
