Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole-source Firm-fixed price modification to contract number N00019-99-C-1240 with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronics & Systems Integration Division, 600 Hicks Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008, for the development of approximately 53 Electro-Optical + Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) Kits. The anticipated period of performance will contain a base year with four firm fixed price options. The requirement is for the development of the EO+ hardware and software modifications to support ATFLIR for the F/A-18 C/D/E/F. In addition, the requirement includes installation, ancillary equipment, associated logistics support and sustaining engineering to support F/A 18 weapon systems. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the EO+ station and is, therefore, the only known firm to fulfill the requirement.
