Description

The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of various detection devices to detect the presence of narcotics in bulk cargo. This procurement is a small business set aside. The devices are as follows: electronic probes/drills/density meters for test bulk cargo, laser camera probe for bulk cargo, sonar measuring device to measure the interior of trucks. The Government will make an award to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation contained herein and is most advantageous to the Govt (i.e. that which represents the Best Value to the Govt). For those offers meeting all technical specifications, delivery time ARO will then be of primary importance. The govt. may award to other than the lowest priced Offeror.
