Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Westnet Inc. (a small disadvantaged business), 901 E. Santa Ana Blvd. Santa Ana, CA 92701. This notice is published IAW FAR 6.301 (b) and is issued under the authority of 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Westnet shall provide an Integrated Data and Voice Emergency Alert System at MCAS Miramar. This system will have a total of 38 locations, including EMS and Flight Operations which shall connect to an existing alert system, designed and engineered by Westnet, located in the fire department and crash fire rescue. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
