Description
PROJECT TITLE: Comprehensive Maintenance of Recreational Facilities, Structures, Buildings, Area, Roads, Trails and office and janitorial services of all Government-owned buildings and grounds at Stanislaus River Parks, Oakdale, California. Key components of this work include maintenance and repair of public use facilities including preparation of park areas for summer operation including maintenance and repair of grounds, trails, forests, and landscaped areas. All project structures, surfaced and unsurfaced areas and appurtenances will be maintained and/or repaired. Specifically, road repairs include all shoulders, and cracks, drainage systems, guardrails and basins. Janitorial services apply to all government-owned buildings, recreation equipment and grounds. The Contractor is responsible for all aspects necessary to provide all maintenance and repair and related services as specified. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business under NAICS code 811490; size standard is $5,000,000.00. The proposed contract is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with a value not-to-exceed $1,000,000.00 The proposed contract will consist of one Base Year with Two additional option years to be exercised at the Government's discretion. The acquisition method is Invitation for Bid, (IFB). There will be no charge for this solicitation. The Solicitation will be mailed out on or about 02/07/01. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. Because a limited number of sets will be reproduced, copies are limited to one set per firm.
