Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to award sole source contracts to State Agencies for the conduction of inspections of food establishments. The State Agencies must have the necessary authority and capability to gain access to private commercial establishments to conduct regulatory inspections to determine compliance with the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. See Note 22. The solicitation will be available on or about March 1, 2001 on the FedBizOpps website at Http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and amendments. It is the offeror_s responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for the release of the solicitation and amendments. Hard copies will be provided to individuals eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act upon request.
