Description

The Immigration & Naturalization Service, Administrative Center Laguna, is requesting quotations for the following: CLIN 1: Flat Bed Sheets (66" x 104" with 1" hemmed ends, salvage sides), Color: Olive Drab, 80% Cotton and 20% Polyester, T-180 percale (thread count per square inch of fabric minimum), Quantity: 1000 DZ. Packaging: 5 DZ sheets per box, strapped and palletized. CLIN 2: Orange Tube Socks, soft, pre-shrunk, 80% Cotton and 20% Nylon blend, Length: 22" Sock, Weight: minimum 30 OZ, tightly woven fabric, fully cushioned sole, minimum 5" elastic stay up rib knit with a minimum 1 " welted top. Quantity: 500 DZ. Packaging: 6 pairs per poly bag, 20 DZ per case, strapped and palletized, CLIN 3: White Boxer Shorts, 80% Cotton and 20% Nylon Blend. Pre-shrunk, Construction: wide comfortable elastic waistband with (4) rows of stitching, no snaps or buttons on fly, full cut boxer with three-panel construction. Boxer Shorts Sizes and Quantities: XL (400DZ), 2XL (100DZ) and 3XL (12 DZ). Packaging: 3 per poly bag, sizes S-XL 25 DZ per case, sizes 2XL-3XL 16 DZ per case, strapped and palletized. The items are to be delivered FOB destination to: U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service, El Centro Service Processing Center, 1115 N. Imperial Avenue, El Centro, CA 92243. Delivery date: no later than 02/28/01. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ ACL-1-Q-0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-18. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 421220, with a Small Business size Standard of $5 million. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Closing Date or response date for this synopsis/solicitation ACL-1-Q-0012 is January 23, 2001 at 2:00pm, Pacific Daylight Time. Award anticipated on or about January 26, 2001.
