A Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract is contemplated for One Year, plus four One-Year Options. The Items and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) are as follows: CLIN 0001: NSN 6680-01-137-3784; P/N JG4C1; NOUN: Liquid Qty Ind; APPL: T-37 aircraft; Basic Year Qty: 18 Ea; Option I Qty: 25 Ea; Option II Qty: 28 Ea;Option III Qty:23; Option IV Qty 15. Material: Aluminum casting with electronic components. Dimensions: 2.0 X L3.21. Description and Function: Indicated fuel quanity of 1000 lbs 0.0 to 20,000 lbs.CLIN 0002: DATA IAW DD Form 1423. Basic year: Exhibit "A"; Option I: Exhibit "B"; Option II: Exhibit "C";. Deliveries are to Tinker AFB OK. Award may include Options. No telephone requests. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and the requirements of FAR 9.202(A) do not apply. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 The approximate issue/response date will be 12 FEB 2001. The anticipated award date will be 30 Mar 2001. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
