Description

The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever AFB, CO intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for the renovation of the Fitness Center at Onizuka AFS, CA. This acquisition will be solicited as full and open competition. Work for this project will include, but is not limited to, expanding the women_s locker room, providing an additional shower and a handicapped accessible restroom, replace existing metal toilet partitions and acoustical ceiling tile panels in the men_s locker room, replace the flooring in both locker rooms, paint both locker rooms, and upgrade the existing HVAC system in the men_s locker room. The specifications and drawings will specify the work in detail. The NAICS code is 233320. The size standard is $27.5M. The magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance is 90 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The release of the solicitation package has yet to be determined, but is anticipated on or about 29 January 2001.
