Description

There WILL NOT be any solicitation requests accepted by fax or email. All prospective bidders are to use the following process: The Government intends to issue this solicitation exclusively through the Internet. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on the Internet on or about 14 February 2001. The solicitation and any amendments will be available, for viewing and downloading, at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register themselves on the web site. The web site will be the only method of distributing the solicitation and amendments; therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the web site periodically for any amendments to this solicitation. The official plan holders list will be maintained and can be printed from the web site. Paper copies or cd-roms of the solicitation, amendments or the plan holders list will not be provided by the government No telephone questions will be accepted.
