Description

Sandwich, MA -- Replace Doors and Louvers, US Coast Guard COMMSTA Boston at OTIS Air Base, Barnstable County, MA ISSUE DATE: 01/29/2001. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to replace doors and louvers at COMMSTA Boston. Contractor shall repair/replace doors, doorframes, motorized and spring activated louvers. New circuits shall be installed for 2 new motors. Design of new fire alarm circuitry and relays, interconnect with the existing fire alarm system, and testing of the fire alarm system is required. Infill of CMU block wall opening, painting and other incidental work is required. The period of performance is 60 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, with actual on-site performance not to exceed 15 workdays. The NAICS code is 233320 and the size standard is $27.5million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available on or about January 29, 2001. Quotes are due by 4pm on February 18, 2001.
