Description

Contract completion date is 365 calendar days from the receipt of notice to proceed. This contract has a base plus two options. Scope of work includes but is not limited to tuckpoint entire building, repair/replace/reset stone, rework parking lots. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns. Therefore, offers by large business concerns will not be considered. The North American Industrial Classification System is 233320 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This a negotiated best value procurement. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation via the Electronic Posting System (EPS), http://www.eps.gov on or about February 5, 2001. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and drawings. It is also the offerors' responsibility to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or additional information. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be March 7, 2001 at 3:00 p.m. (local time).
