Description

Single Award term contract for the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, Atlanta, GA. This contract is for the period of Date of Award through january 31, 2002. Quality Level IV is required. These specifications cover the production of short-run, fast schedule duplicating/copying (including color copying) of self- and separate-cover books and pamphlets and cut sheet forms. Approximately 25 orders per year. Trim size is 8-1/2 x 11". Approximately 30% of the orders will be single leaf products averaging 2,100 copies per order. The balance will average 100 pages per order and 600 copies per order. 50# White Offset, 20# White and Colored Writing, 20# Natural Plain or Colored Xerographic, 110# White and Colored Index, and White and Colored 50# Vellum-Finish Cover required. Print face only or face and back usually in black. Stitch with one ULC or two stitches on the side; Shrink-fillm wrapping, slip-sheeting; tape binding; drilling; plastic combs may all be required. Most orders will deliver f.o.b. destination to the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. Orders must be completed and delivered within 24 hours to six workdays.
