Description

The contractor will provide all labor, tools and supervision to provide interior housekeeping services; interior and exterior minor maintenance services at the Paola, KS Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Services shall include the cleaning of exam rooms, restrooms, trash removal, dusting, window and carpet cleaning. Contract will be for a base year and four one year options to renew. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS code for this solicitation is 561720.
