QPL-81903-12, dated 21 April 1992. Type II -- Formic acid activated Class 2 -- Non-phenolic Size -- 208 liters (55 gallons) drum. Age on delivery shall not exceed 2 months. Date of reinspection shall be 12 months from date of manufacturing. QPL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED NSN# 8010-01-248-0846 QTY# 20 DRUMS ALL BIDS MUST BE FOB ORIGIN, AND FAXED TO HEIDI SLAVENS @ 816-823-2136 BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS 01-19-01.
