Reference is made to the December 21, 2000 CBD announcement, record number SN5091C7, inviting the submission of qualifications and proposal data (collectively referred to as the "Proposal") for the above study for the Secretar a de Transportes y Vialidad del Gobierno del Distrito Federal. This is to notify interested U.S. firms that due to the Mexican national holiday on February 5 the deadline for the submission of proposals has been extended from February 5, 2001 to no later than 5:00PM local time on February 6, 2001.
