Description

The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of equipment to be installed in a Pilot Production Facility in Turkey. This procurement is a small business set aside. Vendors must contact the Contracting Officer, Ruth Porter, at telefax number 202-776-8775 and request a copy of the specifications for the equipment. The Pilot Production facility will be used in producing research samples of pure codeine and other assorted narcotic substances. This is an amendment to CBD Notice #508945, dated Dec 14, 2000, for the purpose of extending the time period for vendors to submit offers. The new closing date will be 4:30 P.M., E.S.T. on February 8, 2001. Vendors must fax their offers to the telefax number noted above. All vendor questions must be submitted to the same telefax number.
